    <content type="html">A very important update, which I expect nobody but me will care about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have decided to undertake the Day Zero / Mission 101 challenge. More info can be found here: &lt;span class='ljuser  ljuser-name_mission101' lj:user='mission101' style='white-space: nowrap;'&gt;&lt;a href='http://community.livejournal.com/mission101/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif' alt='[info]' width='16' height='16' style='vertical-align: bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='http://community.livejournal.com/mission101/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;mission101&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, but here's the basic idea: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basically, you set 101 goals to complete within 1001 days - that's roughly 2.75 years. They can be large or small, serious or trivial...as long as they're important to you and attainable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is my list, which I will, over the course of the next 1001 days (Wednesday, April 4, 2012) attempt to complete. I urge you all to create your own lists - I think it's really going to change my life!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name="cutid1"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;This list will not be updated as goals are completed; instead, weekly posts will be made updating the list.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serious Business&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1: Graduate college.&lt;br /&gt;2: Pay off scooter. ($0/$2100)&lt;br /&gt;3: Go to therapy regularly / as scheduled.&lt;br /&gt;4: Find and keep regular employment (in addition to current employment situation).&lt;br /&gt;5: Develop workable budget, stick with it; modify it if it doesn't work, instead of throwing it away.&lt;br /&gt;6: Maintain a healthy romantic relationship for 6+ months.&lt;br /&gt;7: Clean room weekly.&lt;br /&gt;8: File taxes.&lt;br /&gt;9: Sell/donate/trash any item that can't be stored neatly or put to use.&lt;br /&gt;10: Learn to drive.&lt;br /&gt;11: Change all light bulbs in the house to incandescents (0/???)&lt;br /&gt;12: Save change from purchases (even if it's a debit card purchase) and donate it to charity every month. (0/33)&lt;br /&gt;13: Wake up before ten AM (even if it's not necessary) for two weeks straight, three times. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;14: Write down everything I buy; endeavor to buy fewer items each month than the month before. (0/33)&lt;br /&gt;15: Combat boredom with productivity - no more "I'm bored"!!&lt;br /&gt;16: Attend class more regularly (two "freebies" allowed).&lt;br /&gt;17: Renew a lease.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Health, Food, and Diet&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;18: Maintain regular, varied workout routine.&lt;br /&gt;19: Do situps every night for a month.&lt;br /&gt;20: Lose weight and maintain a weight of 125 consistently.&lt;br /&gt;21: Cook three (new) advanced dishes. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;22: Take a multivitamin daily.&lt;br /&gt;23: Give up fast food for one month, two times (0/2)&lt;br /&gt;24: Eat fewer preservatives.&lt;br /&gt;25: Brush teeth twice a day every day for a month. &lt;br /&gt;26: Whiten my teeth. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;27: Order something unfamiliar at a restaurant. (0/10)&lt;br /&gt;28: Try being vegan for a week, three times. Include toiletries in this also. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Just for Me&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;29: Try every single product currently available in Lush stores (update as new products are released). (0/198)&lt;br /&gt;30: Expand wardrobe / treat self to new clothing items regularly (purchase at least one clothing item per month).&lt;br /&gt;31: Dye hair every color of the rainbow (including black and white) at least once.&lt;br /&gt;32: Make interior design concepts a reality.&lt;br /&gt;33: Write a letter for myself to read after the mission is complete - one page per month (0/33)&lt;br /&gt;34: Go to a spa and get pampered. :D&lt;br /&gt;35: Write down every dream I can remember.&lt;br /&gt;36: Identify 100 things that make me happy - make a list and post it somewhere! (0/100)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Interpersonal Improvements&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;37: Do something nice for somebody else, without asking anything in return (0/30)&lt;br /&gt;38: Make and maintain three close personal friendships. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;39: Join a new club or organization.&lt;br /&gt;40: Take a road trip with a friend.&lt;br /&gt;41: Host a themed party.&lt;br /&gt;42: Have a girls' night out.&lt;br /&gt;43: Leave random encouraging messages everywhere!! (0/100)&lt;br /&gt;44: Bake things and give them away for free.&lt;br /&gt;45: Have a cookout.&lt;br /&gt;46: Rekindle an old friendship.&lt;br /&gt;47: Leave a 100% tip, five times. (0/3)&lt;br /&gt;51: Continue belly dancing lessons.&lt;br /&gt;52: Learn a physical activity, such as fencing or aikido.&lt;br /&gt;53: Play every character at Rocky one more time. Photograph every one.
